NKOTB at the Boston Garden Baby! September 26, 2008 - Queens of the Gaah-den!

I can't even BEGIN to tell you what an amazing concert this was! Yeah, you've got the nostalgia thing going on, but their new stuff is really good. I must admit I was surprised.

The ENERGY in the Boston Garden was phenomenal! It is their hometown after all! The end of the show was UNBELIEVABLE!!!! For the end, the guys all put on Boston Celtics jerseys and came out to sing Hanging Tough (a song they wrote in the early days hoping to sell it to the Celtics as a theme song) and then Paul Pierce from the Boston Celtics comes out on stage holding the NBA trophy over his head! The place went beserk! It was crazy energy!!!!! Here's a little something-something for you to enjoy!

All American Ms. Talent 2008 - August 30, 2008

I am so excited as it has been a wonderful year!

I am kind of sad to go give up my talent title but I decide to compete again for the Mrs. All American/All American Woman titles!

AMVETS show and Commendation - The Glory Girls - August 16, 2008

Here we are near the end of our show singing our Salute to the Military Medley. You have no idea how hard it was to keep a straight face while my daughter was doing this! Delilah is just so cute! Everyone just laughed and raved over her!

This is just two days after I got home from a four day stay in the hospital after major surgery. Not too bad - considering... ;-)

American Queen Nationals - 4th Runner-Up - July 31-August 1, 2008

I was happy to represent Connecticut and place as 4th Runner-Up at the 2008 National American Queen Pageant in Daytona Beach, Florida. Here we are at our beach photo shoot.

Crazy girl Mia (Ms. Massachusetts and winner of Ms. American Queen national title) and I hamming it up in dance rehearsal. We were both featured dancers in the opening number. I ended up getting seriously hurt on opening night because there were no lights on backstage. But I danced anyway because a performer never misses a show! I still have a scar in 2009!

Dedicating The Lynda Geremia Garden - July 26, 2008

The Lynda Geremia Garden was dedicated today at New Britain General Hospital on the cancer floor. This is just off the family area where we all spent many nights. It is a beautiful, peaceful place that we hope gives many cancer patients and their families solace.

Bragging On My Friend - Mrs. New Hampshire United States 2008 - July, 2008

I'm going to brag on my gorgeous friend Michele Sharpe. She has worked so hard this year as Mrs. New Hampshire. Not only to get ready, but with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of New Hampshire.

Miss Connecticut America Pageant - June 28, 2008

The Glory Girls invade the Miss Connecticut America Pageant! Stacy, Jillian and I met up for a quick bite before the pageant.

Stacy had to zip out because she was the opening singer for the show! We are so proud of her! Our beautiful former Miss Connecticut 2006, Heidi Voight was the emcee. Miss Connecticut 2007 and Preliminary Talent Winner at Miss America, Dana Daunis, sang and gave up her title. Stacy's local contestant, Wolcott's Outstanding Teen, Rachel Ramonas, ended up WINNING the title of Connecticut's Outstanding Teen! We are so happy for Stacy and Rachel!

The new Miss Connecticut 2008 is Ashley Glenn.

We are also so thrilled because a former Jr. Glory Girl, Sherry, made the Top 10 at Miss Connecticut! Congratulations to all!

Relay For Life Cancer Walk - June 21, 2008

Lynda's best friend and I - along with Delilah - walked the Relay For Life in honor of Lynda. Even though it was late, Delilah hung right in there. She even knew when asked that she was walking in honor of her "Meme." Here she is proudly displaying her beads that she earned on the walk.
