I was asked to perform for the Mattatuck Senior Center's Salute to Veterans event held at the Seven Angels Theatre in Waterbury. Here I am with the event coordinator and Waterbury Veteran, John Sarlo and two lovely seniors.
I was thrilled to take my talents to New Jersey to perform for the Tin Can Sailors annual dinner as supporting the Veterans is my lifelong passion.
On May 1, 2007, I proudly accepted the title of Mrs. Connecticut International 2007. Because we don't have a state pageant, I represented Connecticut "at large." However, it was after extensive interviews with the home office of the Mrs. International pageant. I was very proud to be selected to represent Connecticut in July at the Mrs. International Pageant in Chicago, Illinois!
