Fundraiser for Larry DePillo For Mayor Of Waterbury - The Glory Girls - June 27, 2001

Next, Kimberly and Stacy were invited to perform at the Ponte Club in Waterbury. It was a fundraiser for Larry DePillo For Mayor Of Waterbury.
We were happy to perform a few of our favorite numbers, including the Andrew Sisters medley. Welcoming Everyone.
We followed up with a Supremes medley which was a big hit. The medley features such great favorites as: Stop, In The Name Of Love, Baby Love, Love Child and more!
We also performed a fast medley that features over 20 songs in under 6 minutes! This medley is just like the one featured in the opening scene of "Sister Act Two."
But, the evening wasn't over yet! Kimberly surprised Larry by calling him up on stage to sing a solo to him. Singing to the tune, Big Spender, she ad-libbed some lyrics such as: "...I don't cast my vote for any guy I see! Vote for...Larry!" The audience was laughing and Larry was so red! But as you can see, he was a great sport! It was a great evening of fun for all.

Stacy and Kimberly perform as they help the CT Coordinating Council For Children celebrate "The International Year of the Volunteer" at an awards dinner held at Anthony's Ocean View in North Haven, Connecticut. First, we sing "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy" which is an old Andrews Sisters song.
Next we perform a medley of many Motown hits and then end the show with the Supremes.
Special thanks to the sponsors and Tara Flick for inviting us to perform.

Country 92.5 Music Festival Volunteer - June, 2001

In June, I helped my friend Stacy as a volunteer for the Country 92.5 Country Music Festival held in Massachusetts. They wouldn't let us take a picture with Trisha Yearwood but I got close enough anyway. I know there are pictures somewhere of Stacy and I at this event - I'll find and scan them one day! It was a blistering hot day and by the time we got back to Connecticut, all I can remember is hallucinating while taking a nap on Stacy's couch! That's one we still laugh about!
